Welcome to Egypt! Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will be holding a sign bearing your name for easy recognition.

From the terminal, you’ll be escorted to a private air-conditioned vehicle for a smooth and comfortable ride to your hotel.

Day 2: Giza Plateau & Grand Egyptian Museum Excursion (27-Jul-2027)

After breakfast at the hotel, your certified Egyptologist guide will meet you to begin your exploration of Giza’s legendary monuments.

During the drive, you’ll catch glimpses of the lush Nile Valley. Once you reach the Dahabiya, you’ll be escorted to your luxurious cabin, where you can settle in and admire the stunning views of the Nile River, dotted with palm trees and ancient monuments.

The boat is a traditional wooden vessel, designed for comfort and elegance, providing a serene and intimate cruising experience. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner on board, with freshly prepared local delicacies, as the Dahabiya begins its journey along the Nile.

Day 4: Luxor West Bank (29-Jul-2027)

After a delightful breakfast on board, set out for an unforgettable exploration of Luxor’s West Bank. Our prices reflect current market conditions, seasonal fluctuations, and service availability, so they may change without prior notice. Once a deposit or full payment is received, your booking price is locked in and guaranteed.

Booking Confirmation Policy

To ensure a smooth booking process with Egy Deal Travel, our payment terms vary depending on the service type:

  • Day Tours & Excursions: Full payment (100%) is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Multi-Day Tour Packages & Nile Cruises: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.
  • Christmas, New Year & Easter Bookings: Due to high seasonal demand, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm reservations during these periods.

After payment, you will receive written confirmation, a tailored itinerary, and travel documents via email. Receipts for all payments will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus any bank or transaction fees
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee of total tour cost
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation notice. Some cruises or hotels may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated in your itinerary.

Children Policy

At Egy Deal Travel, we welcome families and offer the following children’s pricing:

  • Infants under 2 years: Free of charge
  • Children 2–5 years: 25% of adult price
  • Children 6–11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Children 12 years and above: Full adult price
